I have purchased micromax funbook and ordered online on 23rd of June
same has been received by me on 30th June i.e. on Saturday.
I got this tablet with faulty camera (tablet with non working camera) and called in mobile store to get it replaces on same day.
on behalf of you (your executive) provided address of RAMDEV TELECOM, Bhayander West, Mumbai and told me to visit this store and get it replaced.
when I reached RAMDEV TELECOM, they told me this not the right place and they don’t have tie up with micromax and the mobile store too.
Saturday and Sunday passed out, and on Monday i visited the micromax service center , Dadar west, Mumbai and their i did not get any DOA certificate as I asked them to provide it.
they told me that they don’t provide any DOA certificate for tablets of micromax and Dealers (here it is mobile store ) people are the only responsible who have to replace it within 7days of delivery.
so kindly i request you all to provide resolution of this as a replacement of micromax funbook tablet, i kept calling mobile store on daily basis to get status for this issue since i received the tablet on 30th June, and today its 12th June almost 2weeeks.
