I ordered a leather purse from indiaplaza.com around one and a half month back and still not recd my order. I raised many complaints and they said that order has been delivered to sandeep.. I dont know who sandeep is.. and they are saying that they will refund money after their investigation process. they are repeatedly saying the same thing but havent done anything yet. kindly advise how to take my money back from those fraudsters.
