Order a samasung Laptop but did not dispatch at my door step

Dear Sir/Madam

I have ordered a samsung laptop (Samsung RV RV513-A02IN Laptop(RVRV513-A02IN)) on 15th May on Timtara.com website. My order Id 10256238 and transaction Id 10113511.But still on 18th June I did not get my Laptop. I have called 4 times at customer care office, and everytime they said, we will dispatch shortly. But nothing happened. Now they are not picking my phone as well.
Please help me.
