Operating System crashed twice in two weeks.

We have HP rp5700 model computer which is placed at Inlaks & Budhrani Hospital, Pune; has some seerious problem. The Operating System crashed two times within two weeks. We have to reload the OS twice; which is not acceptable. It causes a major data loss.
Kindly check the computer & sortout the problem.
