Name of company/service: ICICI BANK Credit Card
Having a credit Card Of ICICI Bank.
Last two online Transactions Done from this card is a fraud transaction of Rs 12000.
My Mobile No and online 3D Pin was Hacked and changed.I Complaint the same to respective Bank.
But after investigation(30 days approx) they are claiming that this is not
a fraud transaction and forcing me to pay this Rs 12000.
Please Do the Needful Help.
I am facing a problem with ICICI credit card for which I have the settlement letter and total due in installments but they have sent me a lawyer notice as the outstanding showing of this card as off today around Rs.17500/-. We are really frustrated with this kind of services from these no.1 banks like ICICI, Standard Chartered etc. RBI / CIBIL should take care off this issue to protect the genuine customers.
