i have ordered Puma shoes from Fashionandyou.com on 6 july 2012 I have paid in advance. Till 7th august 2012 the order status was “intransit/dispatch”.company claims of delivering product within 28 working days.i have lodge complaint to customer care many times , on 8th august they have cancelled the order.I want you to take strict action against company.
