online shoping defected product

Dear Sir

i have purchased online mobile HTC diamond form deals and you and it is the defected one and i complaint to them so many time they are not solving my problem and every time they are telling that is will be solve in next 48 hours.
i am requesting them to please resolve the problem of this handset or change the handset or refund my money back but they are not taking care of it.please help me sir.take some serious action against it and penalty also.
