I had ordered a fast track watch worth rs. 2325/- On 03/11/2012 from timtara and paid the amount upfront by credit card, its been a month and the status is showing still shipment awaited.. and everytime I call up the helpline no. 0135-6670700 either they disconnect/Bang the phone or give false promises with future dates and never full-fill their commitments…now as soon as they hear the order no. 10348128 and my name they just hangup the phone.. I have even complained on their website but no positive response.. disgusting and pathetic service.. they are just cheating customers.. I have even warned them of legal action but they are least bothered and just ignore ….
