dear sir, we have linked a online recharge company for last one month before. I created around 50 accounts on behalf of this company. the account holder can recharge any prepaid mobile with the help of SMS format as this company gave us. But from the very first date this company is failing to give better services for our clients. many time recharge failed but they deduct amount from retailer balance. we inform it many times but no one gave any attention if it. due to this loss we are demanding our all unused amount and don’t want to avail its service more. BUT they are not giving any response no one is picking our phone and retailer is demanding thier money please help us
