Online recharge Transaction failed & Amount debited from bank account which is not refunded

Location/place: Hyderabad

Name of company/service: Vodafone

I have made an online recharge for my Prepaid Vodafone mobile for an amount of Rs. 333/- on 25-June-2012.

I received an email from vodafone that transaction is success but i have not received the recharge amount credited to my mobile number.
I have called and email Vodafone about the issue and received an email after 2 days stating that the Transaction was successful and the amount was credited to mobile number on the same day. But i havent got the balance credit yet.

I have sent an email to ICICI bank and enquired about the transaction and was informed that the transaction was successful and the amount was processed to the biller(vodafone).

I have called vodafone customer careagain informing that i havent received the recharge amount and i was provided with a service request number:
1387637994 and was told it will be resolved in 2 working days.
$ days passed after that and there is no response.
This is a clear cheating and i need my money credited back. Below is the email trails.

    This Vodafone is Cheating company not going to help you out.. anyways best of Luck………..they try to earn from our Income by cheating..
