online recharge

Location/place: mumbai

Dear sir,

I have purchase online recharge of Vodafone of rs. 99 today 10 mins. before. during the process Rs. 99 has been debitted to my account but i did not get recharge. The customer care is telling me that your amount is credited in your account within 5 working days. why this is so. They have debitted my money without giving me recharge instantly. but for credited payment they required 5 working days. how we trust on them.

kindly do the needful at the earliest
