This is Ravikumar K. V from Injampakkam Chennai 600115. I searched so many website like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Naptol etc, the same woodysfurniture.in one website given discount offer with free home delivery first time purchase offer code also they sent mail on 02.05.2018 the next day i.e 03.05.2018 I ordered Online for L Shape Sofa a cost of 18600 discount 10% (1860) so I paid Rs.16740/- from my HDFC Credit Card with EMI Option.
The same day Oder confirmation Mail received from Woodys Furniture at 12.49 PM, and same time another one mail came for full order details with my address. and the date 04.05.2018 Invoice also they sent.
on 08.05.2018 I Called to the customer care No. 9833890203 for the Order status purpose they replied me sir to Chennai delivery will be charged 8000 rupees but you will pay 4000 like that I argue with them at the time of booking your website clearly mentioned its a free delivery the same as Invoice also said but they cannot accept finally I requested cancel (the cancel option not given to my side) and the cancelled confirmation mail came on 08.05.2018.
In Woodysfurniture website my portal login order status Waiting for Refund only showing till now.
14.05.2018 I reminded the payment they replied 15 to 20 working day will refund to you and 16.05.2018 also reminded mail and phone call they replied refund will done by next EOW.
24.05.2018 and 31.05.2018 reminded the same massage your refund will done by next EOW.
On June 1st onwards the did not attending my phone calls and Email reply also stopped, On 16th June 2018 I Complaint registered to “Department of Consumer Affairs, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution” Complaint ID: 781157 as per instruction the complaint massage sent to Woodys furniture mails but they not responsible today 06.07.2018 I asked Consumer affairs customer care they replied We called but they not responding and you will go to the consumer court like that advised me.
ALL DOCUMENTS ATTACHED FOR ORDER, INVOICE, MAIL COMMUNICATION, EMI STATEMENTS, COMPLAINT PAGE AND WEBSITE SCREEN SHOTS.
Please help me for refund
