Dear Sir,
I received a mail from HDFC bank stating that i have won a firangistore voucher for 1999rs for using mobile banking Coupon Code (HDFCP111FS) of RS 1999 on dt 01.02.2013. so i purchase purchase polo club wrist watch on dt 01.02.2013 from Firangi store online shopping webstite for Rs 1999 + Shipping charge Rs 299 and paid shipping charge through SBI netbank.
its been 12 days over now and i havent received the product yet. My Order ID is 1445. i tried contacting them on contact number 0-7666895566 and 02232249222 but no response.so i dropped lot of mail to firangi store to get courier contact details. but nobody has replyed the mail. i would like to filed complaint against HDFC bank as well as Firangi Store for Online Froud. kinldy treat this as crime.
How HDFC Bank sent duplicate coupon and how dare to cheat customer.?
please shut down Bank this website before others gets scammed like me.
