Hi,
I had one bike and one bag to be delivered from Hyderabad (AP) to Bareilly (UP) with docket no: 1110 in door to door service from “Online Cargo Movers” Hyderabad (www.onlinecargomovers.com). They had assured me for delivery in 7 days on 22 May 2011. But they have not delivered it till now. When I tried to contact them they had started giving me false assurance that it is on the way and will reach you by 27-May-2011 but again it was not delivered. After then onwards whenever I tried to contact them they have started ignoring my calls and sometime someone pick the call and said that concern person is not available or he has gone somewhere.
Even I have sent one mail to them on their official mail id which is [email protected] but did not get any response from them.
Today (6-Jun-11) again I contact them and after 5-6 tries someone has picked the call and said that it is still in Hyderabad and not loaded yet.
I said that I don’t want to deliver it now because I don’t have faith on you so return my bike and bag back, so their manager (Mukesh) said if you want to return you have take it from office and we will not return your money back.
Hoping some kind of action is taken regarding this
