Hi,
This is to inform you that today in the morning i tried to book online for Cocktail(14th Jul, 2012 – 22:00) at PVR Select Citiwalk(http://www.pvrcinemas.com). Booking shows to be successful and even the money was deducted from my account for an amount of Rs. 756.18, however didnt provide me with the confirmation details for my booked show.
Neither in the Booking History i could find any details for the same.
I tried to book again and to my dismay and shock yet again the ticket was not booked showing some technical flaw, however my money was yet again deducted.
I am really shocked to see such incident, i would appreciate if it is looked in to urgently and the funds refunded.
Total Amount – Rs. 1512.36/-
I could not find any details regarding the customer care contact no. for PVR on their website, thereafter i wrote them an email on [email protected] at around 2:30pm, however i have not received any acknowledgement or response from them. This is highly unethical from their end. I cannot let this incident go for granted. I would request some strict action to be taken at the earliest and my money to be refunded as a matter of urgency.
