online Amount deducted from my debit card but ticket not booked – Filing suit against PVR cinemas

Location/place: mumbai

today i purchase 2 tickets for saturday 4th august 2012 11.30am show for PVR-Mulund, mumbai.
i debit card purchased for RS. 244.49 for ticketing.
after i got the confirmation from citibank
email & sms pvr didn’t send me the details of tickets…
my CITIdebit card****6702 for PVR LiMITED gurgaon on 3rd AUGUST 2012.

please solve my problem as soon as possible…
