I bought a Onida Home Theatre Model 4000, it got spoilt within 3 months, I raised a complaint on May 30th 2012, Still it is not resolved, When i call them they dont pick the call, if they pick they will ask to talk to manager, when i spoke to prasanna the manager, he mentioned parts has come, later when i called he will inform that it is a wrong part, another part has to come..it is going on, i am fed up with the service of onida.
