Onida AC product

I puchased AC of ONIDA company in the month of April, 2012. It is not working properly, I raised the complint with the ONIDA customer care peaple. After one week the technician came and did some repair, and again after one week it is giving problem and not cooling. Like this most of the summer, ever though we have the AC we are unable to use that AC.
