One month past but no servive from videocon

i hvee 32″ videocon Hurricane Lcd which is in under AMC contract with Videocon servive centre from 06-05-12 for 1 year, after one month pass my LCD get problem my first complain was registered on 07-07-12 , engenears come but no solution again registerd on 09/07/12 then 10/07/12 then 11/07/12 then 12/07/12 as on on and on but no service provided by videocon company. Customer cared told within 48 hrs. ur problem has been solved no till up to date i called service center and customer care but no service, please help me
