I received a SMS from 53737010 stating that ‘You have been renewed Weekly Disc pack. You have been charged Rs 10 for 7 days’
I don’t know what is this pack. I never agreed to it. As such the money should be returned to me.
I am getting this msg for last two month and already lost around Rs.100/- to this fraud, something must be done by the service provider. First of all tell us what this pack is about and who is getting the monetary gain from this service. Consumers is not getting extra benefit for a penny. Please do the needful to return the money and stop this practice of inadvertently taking money from customers account.
