I am santosh Murudkar, My service suspended by showing the reason of outstanding amt Rs 3240.00 is due. But in the reality I had given offer to my new handset samsung mega 2GB internet 2Month free. Offer is activated 26 june 2013 and processed same day by sms (details are attached). I have used this offer by comfirming customer care number 198(call recording attached). I received bill for the month of 7th july 2013 there is not given offer discount data used 1.24 GB.
After visiting Goregaon east Gallary miss trupti agreed bill error and given me assurance of reversal Amt Rs 3240.00. I had given lot of complaints from 8 july 2013 after every complaint services are suspended.
I am old and genuine customer of vodafone. I need my service urgently because my mother is admitted in Lilavati hospital Bandra and my number going all over. Plzz give my services back immediately
