I purchased a flat in Rajnigandha C.H.S on the 5th floor(flat #503) in 2006 and till date the Society and the Developer haven’t arranged Occupation Certificate for all the 4 tenants on the 5th Flroor. We have cleared all the payments and dues as per the agreement.
On several reminders and in every Society A.G.M, our Society makes false promises to arrange and expedite the procedure of O.C and have asked us to arrange/give Rs.25,000.00 per flat for the same.
IMP NOTE: There is a Standing case between the Society and the Developer in Criminal and Session Court for “Breach of Agreement ” and “Threating” .
KINDLY GUIDE US AND HELP US AS WE WANT TO TAKE THIS UP TO THE CONSUMER COURT AND GET THIS RESOLVED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
