Number of times Balance Deductions

I have idea prepaid connection on number 9912313143.Number of time they are deducting account balance from my account for VAS packs. I have contacted there customer care no of times to refund my deducted amount. They are telling not at all your amount not reffundble. I am contacting them again and again but no proper solution is provided for my problem. Please provide me the solution for my problem
