I had a number with Airtel vide 9893284786 for the last 4 years. When I took the number my town was a post paid town, after few days my number has been converted to Non postpaid town. As a result of this my bills were irregular and as a result of this my number was blocked due to non payment of bills few months ago. Few days earlier I received calls for payment of bills and they assured me of re-activation of the number. I made the payment due, clear and after that now I am taking regular follow ups for activation of the number.
For this I raised a complaint with CORE vide complaint number 39958/4/2012 on 27.04.2012. For this I received calls from number : 9958975062 in the name of Mr Rajan. he informed me about the non-possibility of issue in POst paid mode and suggested me to opt for pre-paid service. I accepted the offer and till date I am deprived of my eligible services and business communications. Now this complaint is showing as resolved.
Thus I am forced to come to this forum for a sure shot resolution. Please suggest me what to do.
