We have taken airtel broadband and fixed line airtel number which counts number 1 in india but in terms of services they are poor than bsnl services which we called govt venture .
we are trying from last seven working days to conncet customer care person in Gurgaon region but every time we are getting bull shit excuses like system is down ; server uploading, data not connecting, line man is coming; so we feel now days that airtel is more poor than govt sector.
