Notice sent from Court

Location/place: Lucknow

Name of company/service: Bharati Airtel

I had an Airtel connection 3 year back but that time due to some issue from Airtel I couldn’t paid the bill. Last year they have sent me a notice against the same and ask me to present in court. I want over there, with mutual understanding between Airtel and myself we had settled the bill. against the same Airtel issued a NOC to me. But again after 3 month I started getting calls on my alternate no. and my friends no. too regarding the same bill. I clearly explain him about the NOC issued by him. But now they again issue a notice for the same. Please support for the same as i am getting mentally harsh.
