hello sir,madam
i bought the new idea netsetter and my first bill was more than expected,after enquiring i came to know that my switching from “1gb plan” to “unlimited plan” cost me the extra bugs.ii could have save the money if i knew that after changing the plan ur data from last plan is termed as “prorate data”.and thts where my bill increased.not even customer care of idea and the idea retailers tlod me about the “prorate”thing.i confront them but they said that go to consumer care.. we are right on our part.. plz help
