Hi,
i purchased a tablet PC(Brand name: Ambrane A77) from shopclues.com via order id:1837852 and paid rs 3798.00 for the same.the oreder was delivered to me on 17th nov,2012.The product had a defective battery and had to plug in the charger pin always to work on it.I spoke to narender(Superviser-Shopclues)and he gave me the no of the merchant(Mr Ashok,9312267183,01126462832,Balaji Traders,Nehru Place) and they arranged a replacement on 24th nov,2012.This new product is also having a very poor battery(drains out in 1/2 – 1 hr) and the touchscreen is also very poor.I want to return the product and they are not entertaining.Mr. Narender also is not speaking to me on the custcare and neither calling back while taking multiple call back promises.I want my money back and dont want to keep this poor product.please help.
