With due honour I would request you to reflect the Operating Balance / Effective Balance
in the Pass Book while up dating the Pass Book to avoid any discrepancies amongst the customer side as well as to the concerned bank employees during the withdrawal beyond INR 11000.00 and transaction vide Cheque to other agencies.
It is noticed that those who are opted for United Bonanza Savings ( Auto Sweep) are facing difficulties while withdrawing more than INR 10000.00 and issuing checques of huge amounts , frequently it is seen that due to the lack of knowledge regarding Auto Sweep of the customers as well as of the man concerned of the UBI, Bhatpara ,cheques are often dishonoured as in the Balance Fig., always it is shown INR 10000….and excess of this amount is automatically transferred to Fixed Deposit.
It may please be noted that clear Effective Balance is showing to the customer of Net
Bank users , similarly arrangement may please be made, so that customers as well as man concerned of the Bank employee may know the Effective Balance / operating Balance at a glance on the Working Desk Top & on the Pass Book
As such, it is requested to show effective / operating Balance in every after transaction.
