not shipped my product nor retuned the money

sir, i have ordered a ubislate7+ tab in the month of February 2012. I
have payed the amount to company by sending the cheque of RS 2999/- the
amount has been deducted from the bank but till now we have not
received the tablet not any conformational email.please help refund my money. the details are mentioned.
