I purchased Lemon it828 from homeshop18on 11 Apr 2012, unfortunately its LCD got break due to mishandling. I deposit it Ujjwal Telecom (Leomon service Centre) at Dehradun. They told me to retuned it within 7 working days. When I asked him about my cell phonea, they had just told that due to some reason it is not OK, so it will be handed to you next week, but when I asked him next week they had the some answer that it will handed to you next week. After paasing of near about 37 days they are not returning my Phone. Also their senior are not giving any valid answer regarding the phone, they are also telling the same nonsence. So PLz Help me out.
