I am manish Samui live in kolkata . i had purchased a headphone from flipkart and it was damaged within 2 months so i contacted the company that BOAT PLUG INTO NIRVANA the company of the headphone. Winthin 2 days they picked up my product and send it to mumbai as the office was there. Then they told after 15 days that you product is replaced and will be replaced and dispatched within 5 days but it has been a month they are not picking up calls not replying to my mails .
