Not Responding to the complaints raised

I am a customer to Beam Telecom Service – Hyderabad since over six months. I have purchased a wifi router from them. I am facing issues with my router since past 20-30 days. I have been raising complaints after complaints. The call centre executives promise a resolution within 24 hours. The first complaint was raised on may 26. The ticket was closed without resolution after a few days (on 12th june). I them raised a fresh complaint bon 13th June. Since then i have been calling up daily and the only answer i receive is a promise of resolution within 24 hours but hardly have received any response.
