I had registered a complain against Pampers Active on 1 June 2013 at [email protected], but they have not reverted yet. Please find below the mail written to them- “I am a regular customer who buys Pampers for my baby. It is really sad to inform you I recently purchased Pampers Active L size 72 diapers Pack and it awful. I just can’t make her wear because the cotton lining hangs just after a use. Even people have started complaining about her diaper condition when I make her wear.
As a regular and confident customer of Pampers I m really disappointed with your product, that’s the reason I wanted to bring this to your notice.
