Name of company/service: Airtel
I have had an airtel broadband connection which was disconnected because i wanted it to transfer the service from my roomates name to my name. For which we travelled to almost all the airtel shops in banglore and there was no solution to it.So we decided to go for new connection. The reactivation complaint was sent to them and then all the procedures for the same were done ie. by giving the id proof and residence proof. They also took money from me and never responded back. Again the complaint was sent to them and we decided to redo the procedures again. now it has been more than a month and we have none of the airtel representatives responding to us. all i have been collecting from them is the complaint numbers and i have to keep following up on it. They will not even followup on the same. It is very sad that companies like brand names airtel do such cheap behviours. Its really diappointing.
