not responding my problem

sir my name is anand i bought a laptop having service tag HD4VGR1 in mar 12 after 2 -3 days i observe a problem in my laptop i complained about this to company they replace some part of my laptop but problem not solved problem still coming after complain they simply telling that we had change our part and i had lodged 3 -4 complain about every time new person will come and told that they cant do anything and told they will call me later after that they will not call i m not getting any solution since last 2 months

    Battery is a consumable product and its backup keeps on reducing day by day. Standard life of a battery is considered to be 1 year.

    In your case, i would require below mentioned details to understand the issue:

    1. Right Click on battery icon available in notifications area (Where date & time are displayed) and select Dell Battery Meter.

    2. Go to Battery Health tab and capture the message.

    3. If it says that battery has reached end of life then you require Dell’s assistance.

    Further to assist you, I need your system’s service tag and contact details. Please do not mention your private details in a public forum. Send all details in a private message or email.
