I Have registered complaint on date 10-07-2012 for Set Top Box is not working on Reliance Digital TV (BIG TV) customer care void Complaint # 182898918 and they commited to solve the problem within 24 Hrs. but till date 16-07-2012(6:45 PM) problem is not solved even afetr repitedly calling they just reply we trying to solve the same very soon, kindly wait.We dont know when this problem will solve and how long we will wait. I request to consumer court kindly help in this regard.
