Mr. Channel Sales Manager;
If you recall you visited our office in Royal Palms, Aarey Colony, Goregaon East, sometimes last week, gave us some stories, and collected Rs 5700.00 cheque; with a promise from TATA SALES MANAGER that our services will be in place by last Saturday (02 June 2012). I notice that this check has been encashed by your company already and there is no progress on your promises. You are now cutting my phone.
In the past also we gave you checks for providing the internet services but each time we are being dodged. We have no clue on what is happening, and are wondering if our services will be installed at all. We would appreciate if you could clearly tell us in one go, how much more money you would require to get the internet installed.
In this context, I would like to ELEVATE the matter to your senior management, or General Manager. Let us have his contact email and phone number immediately.
