I EXPRESS MY DISSATISFACTION SERVICE FROM LG ELECTRONICS REGADING A MANUFACTURING DEFECT OF A GU285 HAND SET WHICH WAS PURCHASED ON 11/10/11.
& COMPLAINT ON 19/10/11.
THE LG COMPANY REFUSE TO REPLAY WHICH STATUS SHOWN IN MY BELOW DETAILS MAIL FOR YOUR READY REF.
PL SOLVE MY CASE THROUGH INDIAN CONSUMER PRODUCT SERVICE RIGHT

& LAST COMPLAINT LODGED TO YOU ON 16TH OCT11. & AS PER YOUR INSTRUCTION I MEET

TO YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER MR AMIT DAS ON 19TH OCT11

Mr AMIT DAS AGAIN HARRASED ME BY HIS PUNISHMENT SERVICE ACTION TAKEN AS A RESULT THE LG HAND SET BECAME TOTALY USELESS WHICH I INTIMATED BY THE MAIL ON19TH OCT NIGHT.

I AM WAITING FOR YOUR FEED BACK BUT LASTLY A REMINDER GIVEN ON 23TH OCT FOR REPLY.

I HAVE SEEN THAT LONG TIME HARRASED BY YOU WHICH LEADS TO HUGE AMOUNT LOSSES TIME

& MONEY OF 10THOUSAND.

I AM NOT DEPENDING YOUR WARRANTY SERVICE BUT DEMANDING FOR RETURN BACK OF HAND SET VALUE RS-4575/ & OTHERWISE IT WILL BE PROCESS THROUGH CONSUMER FORUM WITH FEW DAYS.

This is to inform you that i have visited today with Mr Amit das as per your instruction my problem not solved

and creat more problem than due to half hurted work.

I wanto know why my IMEI NO. CHANGED as early stage & Mr Das told me the set distrub my self then why

some parts replaced under warranty without complete resolving though it not over more than 1yr or not distrub

This is my  kind complaint to you that i have purcahsed a GU285 mobile set on 28/11/10 from V R Communication,D.H ROAD, BEHALA,KOL-34(PH-033-24577492/9830841452)  for Net purpose but the

system is failed for surfing which is known to yr engineer/ Dealer.

The present one more problem that the operation key malfunctioning & the set is out of using purpose.

The battery strength is very silly from bigning & the top frame automatically disintigrated without impact.

My request to you ,pl changed the set as it brand new complaint product( The dealer forced me to purchase

yr product instead my choice of Nokia)

I HOPE YOUR AFTER SALES SERVICE MAY BE MY SMILE.

The set purchased price was rs 4575 vide c/m no-2885 but why perfomance very bad compaired to competetion
