DEAR SIR/MADAM,
I HAVE AN INTERNET DATA CARD NO. 8459275488 OF MTS. I RECHARGED IT ON 29TH MAY’2012 SINCE THAN I HAVE BEEN FACING PROBLEMS OF NETWORK AND CONNECTIVITY ISSUES. I HAVE LODGED MANY COMPLAINTS TO CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY SAY TO ME FOR WAITING AGAIN AND AGAIN.
THEY ARE IGNORING ME NOBODY IS READY TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM.
I WANT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS COMPANY IN CONSUMER COURT.THANKS
