I purchase Samsung Mobile Star 3 S222 Black worth Rs.5100/- in 18/05/2012 from Dixit electronics from Andheri East Against Bill no. 8792.& Only 6 month of Its use, the slider of the phone & get mobile in auto leep mode.I told Samsung care Centres please repaired the phone but they not repaired the phone & say some software & slider issue then for reparing more charge of Rs. 170/- for Software & 2500/- for Slider. & person of service Centres are just sticking to their company’s policies, we cant do that, that is all they have to say I go to them so just I Want my MONEY Back!!! Can you please Help me out that what should I Do In this case to get my Money back from them…
