Not repaired with in 1 year warranty perioud

Name of company/service: Samsung

Dear Concern,
I bought a mobile phone samsung GI-C3222 on 21/06/2011 and after 10 month phone is not charging , i reach to service centre they saying Serial number not showing in phone and through IMEI no. we can not repair it .
please suggest me what can i do now ?
