I ‘Riya Joyshee Bara’ applied for the personal loan of rupees 100000 on 28th august 2018. Thereby they took a insurance charges of rupees 5000 and also the Citi Bank which was sactioning my loan amount took a charge of rupees 9500 which they told rupees 8620 will be refunded after the release of my loan amount. Since there was a problem in my saving bank account because of which the amount was not able to transfer in my account which was fixed later. Now when the amount is not released when i am calling on the given number 8745981985 and 9540793192 this is the number of Sanjana named girl who was personally assiting me. The bank number which was provided to me was 7257083627(Sudhir).
