Name of company/service: Airtel Broadband
Approx 2 months ago, i applied for airtel broadband. Agent took the money, sum of Rs. 1000. But due to non-feasibility, it was not installed. Called customer care , they told , will refund in 20 working days. Now its 2 months, always give lame excuses regarding refund. Whenever i ask to connect to supervisor, they disconnect call.
