Not refunding money

Location/place: Ghaziabad(U.P.)

I am student from mahendra’s banking institute(Ghaziabad branch).

Mahendra’s banking institute(Ghaziabad branch) took 500 rs. at the time registration for providing news paper but from 7/2/2013,they are not providing news paper to any student of institute and also not refunding money and saying you will get news paper from next day.almost 8 day are gone but they are not refunding money and also not providing news paper and making excuse of news paper contract renewal .
The total students strength is more than 600 students that makes 600*500=3,00,000 rps(approximately) for news paper .this money cost, students already paid to mahendra banking institute(Ghaziabad branch) in advance.

Now, they do not ready to refund money for those day from which news paper did not provided.

Please take immediate action.
