I booked a ticket from jaipur to howrah on 20-07-2011 for journey of 26-07-2011 and PNR no 2223203884. due to some reason i cancelled my journey by train,& i went by indigo flight on 26-07-11 at 8 am.
later i filed TDR on one day before i.e. July 25,2012 of the departure of the train i.e. July 26,2011.
but almost one year has been passed but they have not refunded the money back in to my account. I have written them a lot of times in this respect.i am so stressed about this matter for about one year.
Kindly give order to irctc to refund my amount with compensation.
