Not Received Touch Pad

Name of company/service: Pantel Technologies, Noida

I have made a payment to Pantal Technologies for their Touch Pad a month back and they promised to dispatch to me in a week time While giving a call to customer care number everyone has a different story to tell.
Now they are not delivering.
