Not received the product even though paid 20 days back

I have bought “iberry AUXUS AX03G Tablet + Phone Android ICS 1GB RAM 24GB 1Yr MFG Wrnty” from ebay online and made payment on 15th July.
Initially they promised the shipment by 19th July later on they asked for some more period for shipment i.e 30th July 2012.

I have paid Rs 10000 for the product on 15th july 2012 Only.

I wanted to gift this TAB on my Brother’s Bday that was on 28th July. But due to poor response from Seller I could not do so.

I had drop them mail twice but they didnt respond.

Now I dont want product, I want money back with compensation for interest for the period and for other stuff that I had to face because of non receipt of gift by my brother.
