I had booked a SONY VIDEO RECORDING CAMERA through timtara.com on 28th May’2012,and paid Rs.20550/- through my credit card. But still i have not received the product nor i have received refund of the money which i had paid for it. I would request you to please kindly help in this regards to get my money back.I have made many calls and emails to the company but they only keep saying that someone from the backend will call me etc… but till date nothing has happened yet. Please kindly help me..
