Not received proper service

Name of company/service: Airtel DTH

Sir,

I am Shivakasayya G G customer of Airtel DTH from past three years .

I am submitting this complaint before you because today i have not received proper service from this company.

Today(14th July 2012) morning my Airtel DTH service got suspended and i called Airtel DTH customer care three times and without giving proper information they disconnected my call.

I WANT AN JUSTICE from you.

This kind of service i never expected from an prestigeous company like AIRTEL.

I wasted my precious time of life to call and get information from an service provider like Airtel.

It’s my right to get proper service from AIRTEL

Please help me to get Justice.
